These RAC Terms of Use govern your access to realautocenter.com (the “Site”) and to our services. By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1) Services Provided

RAC — Real Auto Center provides auto repair, collision and refinishing, diagnostics, windshield & glass, and ADAS calibration services. All work is subject to technician availability, vehicle condition, OEM procedures, and industry standards.

2) Estimates & Pricing

  • Preliminary estimates are based on initial information and visual inspection.
  • Final pricing may change after teardown, diagnostics, alignment checks, or parts verification.
  • Unless other arrangements are made, payment is due when services are completed.

3) Insurance Claims

  • If insurance applies, you are responsible for any deductible and any amounts not covered by your carrier.
  • We coordinate with insurers as a convenience; however, the vehicle owner remains financially responsible.

4) Vehicle Pickup & Storage

  • Vehicles should be picked up within three (3) business days of completion unless other arrangements are set.
  • Storage fees may apply after the agreed pickup window.

5) Warranty & Liability

We provide a limited warranty on repair workmanship and refinishing. Parts are covered by the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty where available. This warranty does not cover normal wear, subsequent accidents, improper use, negligence, or damage unrelated to our repairs. While we take great care with every vehicle, RAC is not responsible for loss or damage caused by events beyond our control (for example: theft, fire, severe weather, or other unforeseen incidents).

6) Eligibility & Site Use

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. Our services are not directed to children under 16.
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these RAC Terms of Use.
  • We may suspend or restrict access for misuse or violations.

7) Intellectual Property

All Site content—text, graphics, logos, and other materials—is owned by RAC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for limited personal, non-commercial use.

8) User Content & Feedback

If you submit messages, photos, documents, or reviews, you confirm you have the rights to do so and grant RAC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content to operate the Site and deliver requested services. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content.

9) Prohibited Conduct

  • Introducing malware or attempting to bypass security features.
  • Scraping or harvesting data without permission.
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation of affiliation.

10) Scheduling & Online Requests

  • Scheduling: Appointments may be requested online and are confirmed based on availability.
  • Online estimates: Photo-based estimates are preliminary. Most final quotes require in-person inspection.
  • No online contract: Submitting a form does not create a binding repair agreement. Authorization occurs via signed work orders at our facility.

11) Electronic Communications

By contacting us through forms, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or scheduling tools, you consent to receiving messages related to your request (for example: scheduling, updates, or estimates). Message and data rates may apply. To stop marketing texts, reply “STOP.” Operational messages essential to your service may still be sent.

12) Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. A cookie banner allows you to manage optional analytics and ads tags.

13) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may include third-party links or embeds (maps, scheduling, analytics, messaging). They are provided for convenience only. RAC is not responsible for third-party content or policies.

14) Site Disclaimers

Site content is provided for general information and does not replace professional inspection, OEM procedures, or technician guidance.

15) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAC and its personnel from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

17) Copyright / DMCA

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, email privacy@realautocenter.com with sufficient detail. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content.

18) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

19) Changes to These RAC Terms of Use

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

20) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends immediately.

21) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms govern use of the Site. Repair orders signed at our facility are separate agreements.
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
  • No Waiver: A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.
