Pre/Post Scans, Module Setup & Zero-Point
Fault tracing, coding, SAS zero-point, and calibration handoff for complete repair documentation.
What we do
Electronic diagnosis and programming to finish repairs correctly and provide clear documentation.
Global pre/post scans with reports Fault tracing with live data & bi-directional tests Module coding/configuration after replacement SAS / steering angle zero-point calibration TPMS, throttle & idle relearns where required ADAS calibration handoff & reports
Note: Immobilizer/anti-theft functions follow all legal and OEM requirements.
When is it needed?
Scans and setup are essential whenever electronic systems were impacted.
After collision repairs or module replacement Windshield/ADAS, suspension or alignment changes Battery disconnects, coding-required parts Warning lights (ABS, Airbag, Check-Engine, EPS, TPMS)
Our process
You leave with
Pre/Post scan PDFs (DTCs before/after) Calibration/zero-point results when performed Photos or notes for replaced modules Clear next-steps if additional work is needed
Supported work
We service a wide range of domestic & import brands. For rare models requiring dealer-only subscriptions, we’ll coordinate accordingly.
ABS, Airbag, Power Steering, A/C modules Camera/Radar configs, Lane/ACC related SAS, EPB service & brake bleed functions
FAQ — Diagnostics & Programming
A pre-scan records fault codes and module status before work; a post-scan confirms everything is clear after the repair and any required setups/calibrations are complete.
We document first, address root causes, then clear and re-verify. Simply clearing codes without fixes can hide problems and is not recommended.
Basic scans take ~20–40 minutes. Programming, relearns or complex diagnostics vary by vehicle and concern — we’ll set expectations at check-in.
Yes. We perform static/dynamic ADAS calibrations when required and attach the results to your final documentation.
